Do you only repair shoes purchased at Burch’s Shoes?

We repair anything that is repairable, no matter if you bought it in Millan or Goodwill.

What kind of shoes do you repair?

We can repair nearly any type of footwear, including some that other shoe repairs refuse to do. The real issue is often whether the repair is worth doing.

Where are you located?

We are in Eugene, OR. Inside the Burch’s Shoe Outlet, near the Ferry St. Bridge/Coburg Rd, Alton Baker Park and Autzen Stadium. The address is 1 Club Rd.

How do I get my shoes to you?

The best way is to come to the shop so we can discuss the options in person. If that is not possible we partner with several locations in Oregon, including all Shoe Mill, Footwise and Burch’s shoe stores. We also partner with Shipping Solutions in Florence.

You can also mail your item to us. It is best to email us pictures first so we can discuss the repair beforehand. Return shipping is typically $10.

Do I need an appointment?

We do not have appointments. We are open Monday through Saturday 10-6. We are occasionally closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.

Do you repair things other than shoes?

Yes, we do a lot of handbags, belts and other leather goods.

How long does the repair take?

Most repairs are under two weeks but this does change depending on how busy we are. Some smaller repairs and shoe shines can be done same day or next day. Stretches typically take 2-3 days.

Should I call to see if my shoes are done?

Unless it’s an emergency or is past the estimated time we really appreciate your patience as it can take us quite some time to locate your shoes. Most stretches and shoe shines will be told when to come and pick up your items.

How much will this repair cost?

A very complicated question. Please refer to the categorized repair pages on the website to get a rough estimation of common repairs. Calling us is not recommended for quotes. You can always email us pictures of the item you want to get repaired.
